In the afternoon of March 15, 2019, The National Institute of Energy and Island Sustainability got together with members of Congress Raul Grijalva, Darren Soto, Nydia Velazquez, Jenniffer Gonzalez, and Rob Bishop, at the request of the Congressional Natural Resources Committee.
